1.3 Certain Products such as innerwear, personal care items, perishables, or customized Products may not be eligible for return or refund unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

2. Return Request Process

2.1 A return or replacement request must be initiated within 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the Product.

2.2 To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zoretail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images or videos (if applicable).

2.3 Once the return request is approved, pickup instructions or self-shipping details will be shared with you.

3. Inspection and Approval

3.1 All returned Products are subject to verification and quality checks by our team.

3.2 Zoretail reserves the right to reject a return request if the Product does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the return request is found to be invalid.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds will be initiated only after the returned Product has been received and successfully inspected.

4.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

4.3 The refund amount will exclude shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, or any non-refundable fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Replacement Policy

5.2 If the replacement Product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
